but , Muslims should not ask Allah to have mercy on the dead of the infidels ( i.e. non-Muslims ) because Islam ..., forbids asking Allah to have mercy on to the dead of the infidels nor should Muslims ask forgiveness for them because Allah ( Glorified and Exalted Be He ) said :, '' It is not for the Prophet and those who have believed to ask forgiveness for the polytheists even if they were relatives , after it has become clear to them that they are companions of Hell fire " ( Quran 9:113 ) so , Glorified be Allah because when Muslims say to the dead non-Muslims, who died in the state of disbelief '' Oh , Allah's have mercy on them and forgive them '' so , by doing , they are opposing Allah in his judgement regarding those infidels, because Allah has judged regarding them that they will remain in hell fire for eternity while they say to them '' May Allah have mercy on you ! '', when Allah Glorified is He says '' It is not for you oh , believers ! to ask forgiveness for them ( i.e. non-Muslims ), after it has become clear to them that they are companions of Hell fire '' and yet , you want to ask Allah's forgiveness for them ? that's not acceptable !, but , ( Glorified be He ) Muslims can ask Allah to guide ( i.e. to Islam ) the infidels and bless them to produce children, so , all that comes from the good morals which Islam teaches Islam in order to bring the hearts of those infidels together for Islam , and also regarding the hadith which I have mentioned earlier about the Jews' behavior when they used to be around Muhammad, where they were sneezing before Muhammad and saying '' Praise be to God '' so that he may say to them '' Bless you '', but , he didn't use to say to them '' May Allah have mercy on you '' because they didn't deserve any mercy ! but rather , he used to say to them '' , '' May Allah guide you ( i.e. to Islam ) and render sound your state of affairs '', as for saying to the dead of non-Muslims '' May Allah have mercy on them '' , then you ( Muslims ) should not say '' May Allah have mercy on them '', ( because ) Allah ( Exalted is He ) said in his holy book ( i.e. the Quran ) :, '' It is not for the Prophet and those who have believed to ask forgiveness for the polytheists, even if they were relatives , after it has become clear to them that they are companions of Hell fire '' ( Quran 9:113 ) , and regarding this phrase '' Has Become Clear '' in that verse , a number of Muslim scholars said : , '' This means when the infidels die in a state of disbelief '' , so , if they die while in a state of disbelief , then Muslims should not ask Allah to have mercy on them
