Because common people are stupid and poor., They become disbelievers because of their ignorance or because of their (misguided) understanding., Apart from that (the reason) then that act is the biggest shirk, as you know Shaykh Ali.., That 'tawhid uluhiyyah' is the oneness of Allah SWT in worship., You must worship Allah alone,, you must not ask other than Allah, you must not ask for help from other than Him, as in the authentic hadith of the Prophet SAW.. (That is, the word of Allah in the Qudsi Hadith), "I do not need partners in shirk. Me with other than Me, then I will leave it", or as the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said., Ordinary people may be okay (forgivable) but why do Shaykhs allow this, and they let these poor people astray. Dear Shaykh please., Allah bless you Shaykh., Tawaf (surrounding) the grave is haram, based on the number of scholars, we agree on that., But if it is considered as shirk..., then it is necessary to make sure the person who is tawaf really intends to worship the grave., Because surrounding (tawaf) something does not mean worshiping it, unless it is intended for it., If so (surrounding something is worship), then we all become polytheists because we surround the Kaaba., But, we argue, "God did not command the tawaf except to the Kaaba." That's why we say, "Tawaf (surrounding) the grave is haram.", Likewise, slaughtering animals for the inhabitants of the grave, unless he intends to slaughter in the name of the occupants of the grave, not in the name of Allah, then of course this is shirk. There is no difference about that., The problem is not how to address the problem.., but the problem is the nature of it, maybe we are different about it.
